I created a mind-map which tried to capture the way in which people see nudity in different contexts: The Moulin Rouge, lads mags, porn etc. I also played around with the story of 'The Emperors New Clothes': the title is often used to describe a situation in which people are afraid to criticise something because everyone else seems to think it is good which I thought I could apply to the use of S&M in fashion.
